I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, being in a more local area close to the Old Quarter. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including free Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.
This place is definitely recommended to others.

The location of this hotel was great! It was close to all the main attractions and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The room was also quite spacious and had a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and the towels were not clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great Vietnamese style buffet breakfast. Convenient location, about 20 minutes from the old quarter. Warm hotel service with good pickup service. Efficient and caring receptionist, Ms. Hang Anticipates guest's needs with good care. Happy and satisfied with the services. Very good overall service experience

the staff was really friendly and helpful. They even remembered my name which was really impressive. the internet was also great with no issues during my calls and VPN connection. the location of the hotel was also perfect for my needs. It was just a short walk away from the places I needed to go.
Uncomfortable bedding and poor maintenance I was really disappointed with the bedding. the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed felt a bit old.

The hotel is situated in a local area near the Old Quarter, giving guests the opportunity to experience the authentic local life. the room was clean and spacious with timely cleaning service. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast had a variety of fruits.
There was a bad smell in the room that was hard to ignore.
